Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly and professionally.
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and renewals, explaining coverage details clearly.
Process new business applications and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
Handle customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach, aiming for complete satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A genuine passion for helping people and resolving issues.
NJ Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
