Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering excellent client support and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned:
- Oversee and maintain assigned customer accounts
- Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders from initiation through completion
- Handle return requests by creating and managing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, order updates, and issue resolution
- Support daily team meetings and collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Process transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Identify and resolve customer concerns using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Proficient in multitasking and time management
