Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide short-term counseling and support to students experiencing difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Address behavioral and academic concerns through tailored interventions.
