Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Builder to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position requiring the ability to work ten-hour shifts and in hot conditions.
Responsibilities:

• Select materials, fittings, and tools
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials
• Assemble cabinet parts and install hardware
• Apply finishes (paint, varnish, sealant)
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Repair and refurbish cabinets
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Collaborate with designers and clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Cabinet Builder or similar role
• Knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
