Always Best Care – Senior Services is currently seeking qualified applicants for per diem positions leading to a full time position in our San Diego home health office.
Applicants must be a licensed or certified Physical Therapist
Applicant:
Will have a current CPR for Health Care Providers.
Current Physical, TB Test or Chest x-ray
Current Driver license, car registration and proof of insurance.
Position allows the PT establish their own hours through self- scheduling of patient visits.
Documentation via an EMR “ Kinnser” .
