Join our dynamic commercial construction supplier team as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and project success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced construction environment, connecting with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to support the complete sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service from initial inquiry to following up back to the customer.
• Manage Incoming orders, quotes, and inquiries with accuracy and timelines.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure materials, schedules are met.
• Development and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects and office staff.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activites, follow ups, and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, pricing information and promotional campaigns.
• Assist Logistics with unloading and loading trucks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fork Lift Certified preferred
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or construction supply
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving
• Familiarity with commercial construction terminology and processes
• Ability to manage multiple proiorties in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
