The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting processes, along with proficiency in relevant software tools.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee budget modifications to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Compare budgets against actual expenditures and provide accurate reporting.
• Make necessary corrections to billing processes to maintain financial accuracy.
• Develop and share comprehensive schedules for budget modifications with the billing team.
• Collaborate closely with the passport billing team to ensure seamless financial operations.• Proven experience in accounting functions and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of budget processes and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Abila MIP software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and ensure compliance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
