Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician with at least 3 years of service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residential and light commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Recommend repair and replacement options as needed
- Accurately complete service tickets and documentation
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday, with occasional on-call rotation
