Job Overview:
Wasatch Crest Treatment Services is actively seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. Duties to include:
- Prepare healthy/quality meal options.
- Assist with preparation of meals and meal prep, as assigned by Executive Chef
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen consistent with all Health Department requirements
- Adhere to company policies and maintain all required documentation for Health Department and accreditation standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager and Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid drivers license in Utah
- Must have a valid Food Handlers' Permit
- Must be physically and mentally able to assist in an emergency situation
- Must have a TB screen within the last year or able to get one within 14 days of hire
