We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team.The customer service specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role involves providing exceptional service, meeting performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective demonstration of productive time management, courteous customer service, and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literacy for data entry and task management

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic -
Prior food processing or bakery experience is a plus

Experience using Excel
