Construction Project Manager – Commercial Redevelopment
We're working with a nationally active real estate investment and development group that's expanding its in-house construction team. They're looking to bring on a mid-level Construction Project Manager to support a mix of redevelopment and tenant-focused projects across a diverse commercial portfolio.

Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Rochester, NY | Hybrid Onsite (3–4 days/week) + Up to 50% Travel
Compensation: Up to $135K base + 15% discretionary bonus + Benefits + Summer Fridays
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on construction project management experience is required

2+ years of experience in a retail environment

2 + Experience managing or supporting mid- to large-scale project budgets

2+ years of experience working with general contractors, owner's rep, or developers

Solid understanding of construction contracts, GC coordination, and scheduling

Experience with MS Project or similar tools

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required—strong experience takes priority.
