Bilingual Operations Manager — Mitigation
Location: Westminster, CO (Boulder Area)
Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 Base + Bonus

A fast-growing restoration services organization is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day mitigation operations and ensure field execution runs efficiently and effectively.
This role is critical to operational success and will focus on scheduling, workforce coordination, supply planning, and technician performance management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily scheduling and deployment of mitigation service technicians
• Coordinate project timelines and workforce planning to meet client commitments
• Oversee ordering, warehousing, and inventory management of mitigation supplies
• Support field execution by ensuring teams have proper resources and equipment
• Monitor technician productivity and operational performance metrics
• Assist leadership with operational improvements and process development
• Support emergency response scheduling including occasional weekend or disaster deployments
Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of mitigation or restoration experience
• Fluent Spanish and English communication required
• Experience coordinating field teams, scheduling, or workforce planning
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with warehouse coordination or inventory management preferred
• Hardworking, team-oriented mindset with strong cultural alignment to high-performance environments
• Willingness to travel occasionally for national disaster response efforts
