Job DescriptionDescription:

Responsible for managing internal communications with the customers and all the Toll Solutions processes areas. This includes but not limited to: taking orders, modifying orders, order confirmation, aid managing customer expectations, recording customer complaints, arrange or assist in arranging freight, following up on past due invoices, Provide batch receipts, COA’s and raw material receipts to customers if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
