Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20262027 school year in Henrico, VA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role focuses on pediatric care within a school setting, addressing a range of speech and language needs including early childhood and elementary school populations. Caseloads are adaptable, tailored to your experience and preferences, and can range from moderate to students with profound needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy to students in grades K12.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Support communication development across a diverse student population with varying levels of need.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid SLP certification with pediatric and school-based experience preferred.
Experience working with early childhood, elementary, and pediatric populations.
Ability to manage caseloads effectively with flexibility for severity and complexity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location and Contract:

Position based in Henrico, VA.
Contract role for the full 20262027 academic year.
Open to both local and traveling professionals.
