AAA Minneapolis Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Health & Life to join our growing remote team. Candidates must be located in Duluth, MN, or reside within approximately 30 -45 minutes of the Duluth area. This role is responsible for driving agency growth by selling Medicare products during enrollment periods and life insurance during the off-season. You'll provide personalized insurance solutions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our mission of delivering trusted protection with empathy and integrity. This is a fully remote position with strong support, training, and year-round income opportunity.
Are you newly licensed in the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start around $52,000 and first-year commissions and bonus are expected to be around $50,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start around $58,000 and our top earners made $75,000 in commission and bonus last year.

Responsibilities
- Sell Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans during enrollment periods, and life insurance during the off-season
- Conduct needs-based assessments to deliver tailored insurance solutions that align with client goals
- Leverage agency-provided leads and grow business through referrals and community engagement
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy guidance
- Utilize quoting tools and CRM systems to deliver accurate, compliant proposals and track client activity
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance license
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, particularly in health and life sectors.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrable commitment to client satisfaction and an ability to tailor advice to individual needs.
Remote Work: Proficient in managing tasks and communication in a fully remote environment.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication tools effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes and procedures.
