Job Title: Remote Workforce Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute training programs to support workforce skill development
- Partner with department heads to assess training needs and create targeted solutions
- Schedule and manage logistics for group and individual training sessions

Deliver engaging training across in-person and virtual formats
- Track program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data

Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress

Assist in developing training content, guides, and documentation
- Monitor employee participation and engagement in development initiatives
- Ensure programs align with organizational goals and compliance standards
- Keep up with industry trends and adopt best practices in training delivery
Qualifications:

Experience as a training coordinator, corporate trainer, or similar role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to manage multiple programs and adapt to diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and training technologies
