We are seeking a detail-oriented Claim Processor to join our growing brand service company that supports distillers of spirits and wineries. This role focuses on processing claims for discount rebates to retailers, providing an excellent opportunity to build or advance your career. Responsibilities
- Verify claims for accuracy and completeness
- Enter data accurately into internal systems
- Process coupons and manage rebate documentation
- Review claims to ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports using Excel and custom software
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Collaborate within a medium-sized team (6-15 members)
- Perform miscellaneous duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with Python
Hours
- Office open 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
- Full Time with company paid benefits (Health, RX,, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance) 401K.
- Pay: Commensurate with skills and experience
