People Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct therapy to individuals with autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of our clients and their families through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:  Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).  Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.  Provide direct therapy and support to individuals with autism in various settings (home, school, community).  Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.  Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.  Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports.  Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.  Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.  Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).  Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).  Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.  Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.  CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Job Type: Part-time Pay: $76,807.60 - $92,499.48 per year Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits:
