Position: Dental Hygienist
Our organization is expanding and is in search of a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to become part of our dedicated team.
Required Hours: MONDAY 7:45 AM - 5 PM, TUESDAY 7:45 AM - 5 PM, WEDNESDAY 7:45 AM - 5 PM, THURSDAY 6:45 AM - 4 PM, FRIDAY OFF

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Both new graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to continuous learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical requirements as specified by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office, doctor, or organization, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This is a standard requirement and must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with any necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
