Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role provides support for the remainder of the school year, collaborating closely with school staff to address a range of behavioral needs in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Background in working with K-12 students, including those requiring 1:1 or flexible support
Familiarity with behavior intervention planning and implementation within school settings
Training or certification in CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) or other de-escalation techniques highly preferred; please submit CPI certification with your application
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and families
Reliable commitment to a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, for the entire school year

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention strategies for students across grade levels
Support students through direct, in-class intervention, working in both one-on-one and adaptable group settings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to promote positive behavior and address challenges
Track and report on student progress, adapting interventions as needed
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as required

This is a contract role spanning from ASAP until June 4, 2026, working 37.5 hours per week (unpaid lunch break). You’ll make a vital difference in the lives of students while gaining invaluable experience within a supportive district.
