Tiered Per-Visit Pay:

  • Tiered per-visit rates based on weekly visit volume
  • Higher tiers unlock higher per-visit pay
  • Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month, plus cancellations.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients in the home setting
  • Implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
  • Educate patients and caregivers
  • Work with telehealth supervising physical therapists
  • Complete documentation in the EMR system, Hello Note experience is ideal.


Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
