We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembler to join our team. This role involves working with hand tools to assemble various medical devices, often using a microscope. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn complex processes and be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
- Cross-train at different assembly stations.
- Use blades, cutters, and other tools to maneuver small components and parts.
- Work in a full cleanroom environment, adhering to all cleanliness protocols.
- Communicate effectively in English for audit purposes.
- Label parts and components accurately by recognizing colors.
- Demonstrate longevity in previous positions and a desire for long-term career opportunities.
- Work overtime as required, with the amount of overtime varying weekly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably 6 months or more of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly, but open to entry-level candidates.
- Microscope experience.
- Cleanroom and assembly experience.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work overtime.

Work Environment
Medical Device Company - Full Clean Room Environment. Employees must wear a hair net, gown, booties, and wash hands each time before entering the cleanroom. The following are prohibited: nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances (perfume or cologne), henna tattoos, pants with holes, and open-toe shoes. Closed-toe shoes are required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
