\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry RN experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility\n
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License\n
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification\n
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification\n
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification\n
- Fully vaccinated for Flu and COVID-19 (including at least 1 booster)\n
- Required documentation: cover letter, resume, skills checklist, references, license verification\n
\n\nPCU Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Float between Progressive Care Units, providing high-quality patient care during night and weekend shifts\n
- Monitor and assess patients with complex medical needs, including telemetry monitoring\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Respond rapidly and effectively to emergencies in a Level 1 Trauma hospital environment\n
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly\n
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards\n
