Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in a supportive and engaging manner.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders.
- Current Washington state SLP license and certification.
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required.
- Experience working with elementary to middle school-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
