Job Title: Experienced Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell our custom-fabricated countertops, natural stone slabs, porcelain tiles, and specialty projects to both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales & Build Relationships: Prospect and secure new accounts by actively engaging with potential clients, including homeowners, builders, architects, designers, flooring dealers, cabinet shops, and contractors.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a structured daily sales plan to maximize outreach and conversion opportunities.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and networking within professional organizations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and territory management.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and prospecting abilities.
- Self-motivated with high confidence, product knowledge, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with countertops, natural stone, or construction materials (preferred but not required).
