Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Mansfield, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries promptly, logging all incoming and outgoing calls accurately in our system, and preparing and sending invoices in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will maintain professionalism in all client interactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in communication and documentation processes.
Requirements:
- Must have Call Center experience
- Must have experience with QuickBooks
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
