We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Onboarding Coordinator to support a fast-paced onboarding program for a large organization. This project-based role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires by partnering closely with internal teams and serving as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires
- Serve as a main point of contact for new employees, providing clear guidance and timely communication
- Partner with internal teams to ensure onboarding milestones and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate onboarding schedules, requirements, and updates clearly and professionally
- Address onboarding-related questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a project-based, fast-moving environment
- Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
