IMMEDIATE NEED IN DORAL FOR A 6 MONTH PROJECT THAT COULD GO PERMANENT!!!

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Onboarding Coordinator to support a fast-paced onboarding program for a large organization. This project-based role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires by partnering closely with internal teams and serving as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires
  • Serve as a main point of contact for new employees, providing clear guidance and timely communication
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure onboarding milestones and documentation are completed accurately and on time
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate onboarding schedules, requirements, and updates clearly and professionally
  • Address onboarding-related questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a project-based, fast-moving environment
  • Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
