Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!
Location: 15817 Fountain Plaza Drive, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017
Work Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
We are a three-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix software!
Appointments include 60-minute recare visits and 90-minute new patient evaluations.
We offer bi-weekly hourly compensation with the option to access Daily Pay, allowing you to receive your earnings as you work.
Additionally, there are opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!
Our practice is equipped with advanced technology, including a Restin, iTero, and Velscope, along with coverage for continuing education.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as applicable).
- Strong understanding of dental practices, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
- Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- As part of our commitment to a safe environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
