Job DescriptionClient is seeking multiple Client Service Center Representatives (Levels I, II, and III) to join their growing team in Roseville, CA. These full-time, on-site positions support clients by phone and written communication, handling banking inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Shifts are scheduled flexibly between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Responsibilities include troubleshooting account and technical issues, responding to service requests, de-escalating concerns, and cross-selling bank products. Representatives also assist with back-office deposit operations when not actively on calls. Ideal candidates will have 1–3+ years of experience in banking or client support, depending on the level, with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with DNA or Q2 banking systems is preferred.
