Salary Range: $57,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team and manufacturing staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office services, utilities, and general facility upkeep.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and maintain personnel records in collaboration with HR.
  • Implement and maintain office safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software or ERP systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense reporting.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety procedures relevant to a manufacturing setting.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP systems, production scheduling tools).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain principles.
