Sales Administrator (Full-Time)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at our Martinez branch. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring smooth, efficient sales operations.
Position Details
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Location: Martinez, CA
Work From Home: Eligible after 90 days (1 recurring day per week)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bid packages, submittals, and sales documentation
Process equipment sales orders and maintain accurate records
Support service contracts and customer onboarding
Build invoices and work orders in ASPEN and reconcile deposits
Order parts, manage purchase orders, and coordinate vendors
Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems
Assist with marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer campaigns
Provide professional customer service and administrative support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
High attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
