YOUR IMPACT
Lead the Way in Transformational Therapy: As an LCSW, you'll be a catalyst for change, providing expert-level clinical interventions that make a real difference.
- Deliver outpatient mental health services to pediatric clients and their families within the scope of LMFT licensure
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress through evidence-based interventions
- Develop creative, strengths-based care plans that support social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Provide parent coaching and family therapy to strengthen home support systems
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation aligned with insurance and regulatory requirements

WHO YOU ARE
An expert clinician who holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program (AAMFT, CACREP, or COAMFTE)
Active LMFT license in Kentucky or eligibility for supervision toward licensure
Minimum of 200 hours of clinical supervision and passage of board-required examination
CPR and First Aid certified; up-to-date immunizations and valid driver’s license
Strong organizational skills, timely documentation, and professional ethics
