Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
Train and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Manage inventory and ensure optimal vehicle selection to meet customer demand.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated experience in sales management or team leadership within an automotive dealership.
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and dealership operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for the automotive industry.
Ability to work full-time in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
Familiarity with local market trends in Coeur d'Alene is a plus.
