Inside Sales Representative – High-Income Opportunity ($80,000–$150,000+)

This role focuses on retaining potential contracts, reversing cancellations, re-engaging previous opportunities, and helping homeowners move forward with confidence. You'll work closely with our sales team to maximize conversions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email to secure their business.
- Contact customers who have canceled or are considering canceling existing contracts to retain their business.
- Re-engage previously quoted customers and introduce alternative products or solutions.
- Assist the original sales representative by coordinating follow-up opportunities through the appointment team.
- Run smaller project and service sales appointments as needed.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that best fit customer goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with sales team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and performance reports.
- Stay current on company promotions, products, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with sales managers and trainers by providing feedback to improve team performance.
- Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven sales success with experience converting leads into closed sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, estimating software, Microsoft Office, and other technology platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
