Our client, a global leader in industrial automation and digitalization, is seeking a Repair Order Coordinator to join their team. As a Repair Order Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations department supporting the Materials Program Management and Planning Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Repair Order Coordinator
Location: Onsite
Pay Range: $32.00/hr
What’s the Job?
- Coordinate RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) with suppliers for timely repair returns
- Create and manage return purchase orders
- Communicate delays and risks to internal teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and quality teams to resolve supply issues
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate delivery risks
What’s Needed?
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or order management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze KPIs and drive improvements
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier coordination
- Compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
