We're seeking a Beverage Mixer to join our dream team in crafting premium cannabis-infused drinks, driving efficiency breakthroughs, and ensuring every sip delivers consistent quality and elevation. SHIFT: Monday through Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

What You’ll Do

  • Operate mixing, infusion, bottling, canning, and shot production lines with precision, speed, and creative problem-solving to exceed quality and potency standards.
  • Proactively spot opportunities to optimize workflows, boost productivity, and innovate processes in a regulated environment.
  • Embrace cross-training across production areas while adapting to new equipment, recipes, and fast-paced shifts including overtime.
  • Accurately complete batch records, compliance documentation, and testing protocols for every run.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness of equipment, tanks, and facility while championing safety and team-driven improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ideally 1+ year in beverage production, food manufacturing, brewing, or cannabis infusion—but we're open to hungry learners with transferable skills from fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility for varying shifts, overtime, and growth opportunities in a scaling cannabis company.
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and drive to collaborate on innovative solutions.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset with commitment to regulatory compliance.

Physical Stuff

  • Excellent manual dexterity for precise measuring, handling tools, and repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to learn and operate mixing machinery, pumps, filters, and canning/bottling equipment.
  • Capable of standing for long periods, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Comfortable in a noisy, fast-paced manufacturing facility with exposure to chemicals and cannabis products.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed, to meet production demands.
