Office Location: Home Office (Wisconsin)

Type/Pay: Full Time Hourly, $17.50/hr.

The DWFS Wisconsin DCF Training Team works under contact with the state of Wisconsin providing training and support services to workers in the state's Child Support and TANF (W-2) programs.

Primary Objectives of Position:

Assist and support activities of the DWFS Wisconsin DCF Training Team, the Training Program Manager and the Regional Program Director

· Administrative Duties Perform administrative duties including managing calendars; making travel, meeting, and event arrangements (for face-to-face as well as virtual events); recording meeting minutes; and preparing reports. Track staff monthly reports, follow up on missing reports Maintain IT inventory.

· Operations Support Assist where needed in supporting training operations (evaluation creation and tracking, assist in online training prep/presentations, provide support for users in online learning events), review documents, testing of online courses, search for/compile images for use in training development, track Project Management Tools,

assist staff with obtaining needed supplies, create business cards, scheduling professional development events for training team.

Physical Demands/Work Environment: Physical requirements include carrying/lifting up to 5 pounds, frequently; up to 10 pounds, regularly; and up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to drive an automobile and operate computer keyboard and basic office equipment; subject to carrying, lifting, twisting and reaching to perform essential job functions. Working conditions are primarily in a home office environment with occasional travel to other locations.

Required Competencies: Extreme Customer Service focus, learning orientation, communication proficiency, teamwork orientation, technical capacity, ability to manage tasks in a remote (home office) environment, work independently

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is desired.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative or support position.

Skills/Abilities: Ability to manage confidential information and tasks. Strong Microsoft Office skills and data entry proficiency required. Ability to interpret and understand training processes and establish necessary work procedures. Experience with setting and managing priorities and ability to complete assigned tasks on a timely basis. Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse remote work environment. Demonstrated strength with interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written required (both in-person and virtual).
