The organization features a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus, providing comprehensive care to newborns in a modern, well-equipped environment.

Job Details:
• Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists• Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects• Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance• Permanent, full-time position requiring residency within the immediate local area• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine• Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain Nevada license required• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred• Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements• Coverage required as part of team approach to support 24/7 NICU care• Rotating weekends with flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance
Compensation:
