Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Culley's Services and Lawncare, LLC as a Hardscaping Crew Foreman in Etters, PA! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a skilled crew in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while ensuring top-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of hardscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Lead and manage a crew, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.
• Implement best practices for hardscaping installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting progress to management.
• Train new crew members on techniques and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication.
• Operate heavy equipment such as skidloader, excavator, utility tractors etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hardscaping or landscape construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of hardscaping materials and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• PA Medical Examiner Certificate - if do not already have, must be able to obtain (company paid for)
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• OSHA safety certification is a plus.
