Starting August 12, 2027, you’ll work directly with a small caseload of just two students, dedicating your expertise two days each week through May 4, 2027. In this focused environment, your impact will be immediately visible, with direct opportunities to help shape academic and social success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
- Current State Special Education Certification.
- Experience providing individualized instruction and accommodating various learning styles.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and team members.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
- Deliver direct instruction through pull-out services in coordination with classroom teachers.
- Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve IEP goals.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with families and staff for student support.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation and reports.
