Job Description
Position
We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support HSE compliance across international operations within a fast-paced construction and engineering environment.
This position will work closely with external safety consultants, helping to coordinate compliance activities, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external HSE providers and consultants
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance programmes
- Support the implementation of company safety procedures and standards
- Prepare and review RAMS and related documentation
- Maintain risk registers and monitor corrective actions
- Support incident investigations and reporting processes
- Deliver and track toolbox talks and safety communications
- Promote a strong health & safety culture across teams and projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, engineering, or a related sector
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Good understanding of HSE legislation and compliance standards
- Experience with risk assessments and incident management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
