We're currently adding an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep HVAC equipment operating efficiently.
- Identify system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
- Clearly explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs to homeowners.
- Work closely with fellow technicians and office staff to provide timely, high-quality service.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job.
Compensation
- Hourly pay ranging from $30.00-$40.00, depending on experience.
- High-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn $120,000-$130,000 annually through hourly wages and performance incentives.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA Certification.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
