About Us: Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 18 months to 8 years old. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the beautiful game of soccer. With an innovative curriculum that emphasizes both soccer skills and character development, our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
Our Locations: Established in 2010, Soccer Shots covers the regions of Washington D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Our offices are located in Burtonsville, MD. We work closely with Soccer Shots Franchising national headquarters in Middletown, PA.

What Youll Do: As a Partner Services Manager, youll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for planning and executing seasonal duties related to Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Confirm private and public program sites
- Add new accounts and grow enrollments
- Create sales and marketing materials
- Attend events to acquire new accounts and customers
Relationship Management:
- Build and manage partner relationships
- Use CRM tools to manage contacts and track communications
Business Management:
- Handle accounts receivable and payable
- Ensure revenue recognition and update financial records
- Work with school directors to meet enrollment goals
- Support seasonal program management as needed
Working Hours/Location:
- Full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Occasional additional hours including evenings and weekends
- Work from central office and travel to partner sites in the Baltimore-Washington region
