We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative, and someone who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them.

Compensation:

$54,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
  • Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations
  • Strategize how to use social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets
  • Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close
  • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
  • Strong customer service experience is necessary for this position
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
