We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Agent who wants uncapped income, long-term upside, and a role that rewards quality over volume..
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with vacation rental property owners
- Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations
- Educate owners on revenue optimization and property care
- Close management agreements
- Hand off signed properties to our operations team for onboarding
This is a consultative sales role, not high-pressure selling.
