Under the direction of their PM, the P.S.S.’s primary role is to attempt adherence items (Outcomes, TIPS, etc) for assigned stores, complete said adherence items for assigned stores, and “set up” the CMRs/MTMs for their Sr. P.S.S. This position will work with the PM II, Sr. P.S.S., and assigned store PICs/Owners to coordinate which patient encounters they are responsible for completing.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Completing patient adherence “touches” for Hometown Store locations throughout Wisconsin via Outcomes and other adherence software utilized by Hometown stores;
Supporting store personnel (techs, pharmacists, owners);
Working with Store Owners/PICs to coordinate patient adherence-related items;
Assisting PM IIs with presenting findings/updates to Leadership and/or Store Owners as required;
Taking ownership of completing Outcomes & TIPS for assigned stores;
Entering all notes required to document attempts/completions;
Reporting issues in the completion of their work to their PM II;
Other related duties that may be required


Supervisory Controls
Level of supervisory oversight and guidance is:
Position is self-directing in all essential functions
Performance standards used to measure success in the employee’s performance of the functions of this job description will be determined by the supervisor
All major issues, policy changes and recommendations are cleared first with the supervisor

Preferred Education/Experience:
High School Diploma
Experience working as a technician in a Hometown store
Experience working with techs from multiple hometown locations
Experience working on Outcomes


Skills:
Ability to enter relevant information in Outcomes & other related systems
Superior attention to detail
Strong phone conversation skills
Patience with a wide array of patient personalities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with pharmacy technicians and PICs
