What You’ll Do:
- Keep our CRM humming - manage data, enter leads, and generate reports
- Be the go-to for materials: brochures, business cards, training kits - you name it
- Draft professional correspondence for our leadership team
- Keep our team organized with updated hierarchies and call night coordination
- Be the friendly face for clients, vendors, and the public
- Plan and coordinate events, luncheons, and meetings that bring people together
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or sales support (funeral industry experience is a plus!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
