A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (REMOTE). The Recruiting Coordinator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.
Recruiting Coordinator Compensation

The pay for this position is $35.22 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Recruiting Coordinator Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, EST required)
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from interview to offer through the start date

Develop strong working relationships with leaders and admins to ensure each piece of the recruitment process meets deadlines

Coordinate and schedule all aspects of interviews, including phone, video, in-person, and travel when applicable; distribute interview schedules and evaluations

Process candidate reimbursements in a timely manner

Collaborate with agencies for candidate and hiring leader interview coordination

Schedule intake calls and candidate review calls with hiring leaders and Executive Talent Partners

Support offer letter creation and new hire paperwork; monitor background checks, drug screens, and I-9 compliance

Assist managers and admins with onboarding tasks including badge requests, first-day details, and onboarding checklists

Work with the Executive Support team to coordinate provisioning and equipment for Day 1

Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate statuses, and maintain OFCCP compliance

Track and prioritize high-volume requests while managing sensitive and confidential information
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements

7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related coordination role

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday

Strong sense of urgency and understanding of the candidate/client experience

High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and follow-through

Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally across all levels of leadership and teams

High School Diploma or GED required

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Recruiting Coordinator Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
-
Proven ability to troubleshoot scheduling issues or process inefficiencies
-
Experience within a large, complex matrixed organization
-
Capable of working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
