Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily operations and help keep our office running efficiently. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage daily office operations
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Assist with document scanning, copying, and reproduction
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding paperwork, record keeping, and general administrative support
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management
  • Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

Qualifications:


  • Above-average computer skills (Microsoft Office and general office systems)
  • Strong organizational and filing skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
