Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Assist with document scanning, copying, and reproduction
- Support HR functions, including onboarding paperwork, record keeping, and general administrative support
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management
- Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
- Above-average computer skills (Microsoft Office and general office systems)
- Strong organizational and filing skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
