Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Special Education Teacher position offers the opportunity to support K-8 students in a dedicated school environment. Job Type: Contracted, Full Time (35 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with various learning challenges across the K-8 spectrum.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive support and progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and participate in regular evaluations.
- Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student engagement and independence.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification for K-8 or K-12.
- Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs and disabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to fit individual student goals and abilities.
